Made with corn grits and looks more like Anguamo made with corn. The process may vary due to how you want it. It can be made like rice or Akple texture served with oil and onions creating a savory, and soft corn pudding often served as lunch. Popular in Ghana, particularly in the Central and Western Region (often associated with Elmina/Cape Coast and Takoradi).

Ingredients:

Cornmill, Cooking Oil, Salt and Onions

Preparation Process:

The Corn is mixed with water thoroughly and cooked alone in boiling oiled water with onions while constantly stirring and driving for 10 mins.
