Bodoo Ngo

Bodoo Ngo or Burodongo is a traditional, indigenous dish from the western and central regions of Ghana made from ripped plantain, corn flour and red oil.

Ingredients:

Ripped Plantain, Corn flour, Red Oil, Fresh Pepper, Onions, Salt and Groundnut.

Cooking Method:

The ingredients are mixed into a smooth, thick batter, portioned out, and fetched into a container or a large, clean leaves (usually cocoyam or banana leaves) before being baked or steamed.
