Mpotromba
Mpotromba is a traditional, indigenous dish associated with the Fanti people of the Western and Central Region of Ghana, made from corn dough (Main Ingredient) and palm oil.
Ingredients:
Corn dough, palm oil and salt.
Cooking Method:
Mix two separate corn doughs with water; one being leather hard rounded in small pieces of circles and the other watery and sieved for a finer outcome. The two are later cooked with water and mixed carefully with palm oil appearing as porridge with corn dough balls in it. It is best enjoyed alone usually as lunch.
